Trans Care BC supports the delivery of equitable and accessible care, surgical planning, and peer and community support for trans people across BC. Call or email to talk to the care coordination team, who helps connect people in BC to gender-affirming health and wellness supports.

Catherine White Holman Wellness Centre

Provides low-barrier wellness resources including counselling, nursing care (hormone injection teaching, hormone injection equipment, pelvic exams, chest exams, and STI/HIV/Hep C screening) and massage therapy to trans and gender diverse people.

SAFER: S.A.F.E.R (Suicide Attempt Follow-up Education and Research)

Provides counselling and support to people who are feeling suicidal and to those who have attempted suicide. Also provides support and education for someone concerned about a loved one’s risk for suicide, and counselling for those who have lost someone to suicide. Rainbow Refugee

Vancouver based community group that supports and advocates with people seeking refugee protection because of persecution based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status.


Immigrant Services Society of British Columbia

Programs for refugees, women, children, and youth, as well as support services in over forty-five languages. Services are available throughout Metro Vancouver, Squamish, and the Okanagan.
