Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let me know 2 business days prior (48 hours notice). If you cancel in less than 48 hours but we are able to reschedule your session that same week, there is no charge for the cancellation. If we are unable to reschedule your session, you will be charged the full session cost.

Running late?

Please let me know if you are running late. If I don’t hear from you, I will hold your space for 20 minutes. If I don’t hear from you after 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment and you will be responsible for payment.

Extended health benefits

Many employers and schools provide a benefits plan with coverage for counselling. Ask your provider to make sure your plan covers fees from a registered clinical counsellor. After you pay for the session, I will email you a receipt that you can submit to your benefits provider.

Crime Victim Assistance Program

I am an approved counsellor with the Crime Victim Assistance Program, which covers a portion of my fees.

First Nations Health Authority Benefits

I am not currently taking new clients with FNHA coverage. You can find a list of FHNA approved providers here.
